When Jack was young, he played a lot of football, and he was very good at it, but then he went and worked in a town, and there was no team for him there, so he stopped playing.

Another young doctor examined him there and said," You are very ill, and I believe that you will not live much longer. Whom would you like to come and see you before you die?"
